Overview
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made through our Shopify store.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your item is unopened and in its original condition (see “Change-of-Mind Returns”)
To be eligible, items must be:
- Requested within the return window listed below
Return Window
- Damaged/defective/wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns (if accepted): Request within 14 days of delivery.
If your return request is outside these windows, we may not be able to approve it.
Non-Returnable Items
If your order includes food or consumables, please do not open the product if you believe you may need to request a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement shipment at no cost to you
- A full refund
- A partial refund (for minor issues)
Change-of-Mind Returns (Optional)
If we accept change-of-mind returns, the following applies:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
